A member of CIPD with more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, Karen leads the HR function for the Firm and offers strategic support to clients helping them integrate effective HR initiatives to suit their business needs.
Karen's expertise lies in the practical solutions she offers in areas such as Performance & Talent Management, Resource Planning, Grievance & Disciplinary Management, Employee Engagement & Communications, Redundancy. She has strong experience in HR legislation and compliance.
In addition to her HR Degree Qualifications, Karen holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
