Backup Monitoring - If back-up fails a call is logged for a member of the Team to work on immediately

Monitor Anti Virus, Ensure latest Antivirus Definitions are in place

Monitor Servers to ensure maximum performance

Ensure Latest Microsoft Packs are applied weekly to both the Servers and PC's on site through remote access
