A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland with more than 30 years’ experience, Joe has an in-depth understanding of the complexities and challenges facing large SME and owner-managed businesses.
Joe currently leads our legal and professional services teams and acts for a variety of sole-practitioner and multi-partner firms.
He advises clients in the construction, development, pharmacy and motor sectors. His experience covers large scale projects involving negotiation of legal and financial agreements, structuring complex property and tax based incentive schemes, project fundraising and restructuring.
Joe has assisted many individuals and companies to address their banking issues. He holds an Insolvency Practising Certificate and a Certificate in Personal Insolvency. Joe has also previously served on several committees of the Athlone Institute of Technology and Westmeath County Council.
