RBK Chartered Accountants are pleased to announce that our colleague Louise Guinan recently obtained a Practising Certificate from ACCA Ireland, confirming her eligibility to take appointments as an Insolvency Practitioner.
Louise is a Senior Manager in RBK's Restructuring and Insolvency department and has managed fellow Insolvency Practitioner, Brendan O'Donoghue's varied portfolio of appointments since joining RBK in 2018.
Louise grounded her experience in a boutique insolvency firm and has lead assignments of behalf of various practitioners in Receiverships, Liquidations (solvent and insolvent) and Personal Insolvency schemes (Bankruptcy, PIA and DSA).
Noting that the sector is largely male-dominated at practitioner level, RBK are proud to support Louise as one of few female Insolvency Practitioners practising in the jurisdiction.
