RBK are delighted to have advised on the sale of Tool & Plastic Industries Limited to Technimark LLC, a global manufacturer of custom rigid plastic packaging and components.

RBK has been part of Tool & Plastic’s journey for over 15 years and have worked with owners Colm Cuffe and Declan O’Rourke as they built the business to be a leading supplier of injection moulded products for the medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer product sectors at facilities in Ireland and the Czech Republic.
